It was thoroughly enjoyable stay, I thoroughly enjoyed fab food.

I stayed in a good-sized room with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Everything was perfect, including extensive and amazing breakfasts with relaxed atmosphere.

I enjoyed being there, the place is stylish and wonderful old.

The location of the hotel was amazing - just a short walk away from Hahnenkamm Cable Car. It also was to the ski slopes.

Fabulous service, central location, close to Hahnenkam lift and city centre. Clean room with great mountain view. Helpful staff, always with a smile. Free warm breakfast options.

There is a casino as part of the set up and I scored. Apart from this minor thrill I can say that the hotel Tyrolean decor embodies the stuff I really like about Austria. Only eight minutes to the ski gondola as well.

Everything was great, the wifi was free. The room was spotless and vintage, the bathroom was clean. A balcony, a sitting area and a dining table were good. The service was EXCELLENT in my opinion. By the way, I paid gbp 26 per day to park the car. The location was marvellous, only 5 minutes walk to Hahnenkamm Cable Car. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing great advice and assistance in English. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful with a good selection of options. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the ski lifts, rental shops, and the main town area.

The room felt small, with outdated decor and a low ceiling. There was no non-smoking option available and the lack of in-room internet was a disappointment.

The staff is very helpful, more then that, almost as family (Bertina and Stefan hi). The best things are PPP (place, place & place)

Located right in the heart of town, our stay was wonderful. We loved being close to the best restaurants and shopping areas in town. The rooms were cozy, and the bathroom was updated, which was a big plus. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning before heading out for our day of activities. The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The hotel lacked in-room internet capability, but there was free public access available.

We had a superb stay in this stunning hotel. The location is great, with easy access to restaurants and many great attractions nearby. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The room we stayed in was excellent, with a big sunny balcony that gave us a wonderful view all day. The sauna and steam facilities were fantastic and added to our luxurious stay. The hotel decor is rustic and cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel, as the services and amenities provided cannot be matched. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including a late checkout so we could get ready for our travel after a day of skiing.
